Rooms were decent sized and new-fashioned!

It was based in big building in a marvellous location, in the Itasca area. The room on all 12 floors.

Rooms with a view of the lakes were awesome! The staff here is super friendly and always goes out of their way to help. 😊 They really made our stay enjoyable.

The rooms are well-appointed and well-kept with view of lakes, so that guests have essentials.

Their breakfast is pretty standard, can be much better.

The waitstaff in the bar refilled the bar mix and the beds in the spacious room were comfy. It was clean and nicely decorated. The bellman was extra-helpful and there was a beautiful setting for the wedding reception with two bars and wait staff passing hors d'oeuvres and champagne glasses.

The hotel has a big building with rooms on all 12 floors. The staff are very gracious and exceptionally nice. The location is convenient, just off Chicago from Cancun, airport, and close to a mall and a movie theatre, making it easy to pass the time.

The hotel served a solid breakfast. The room was of decent size with 2 double beds and great views on all 12 floors. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The location in a lovely area was convenient with shopping centers and gift stores nearby. Loved the Japanese cuisine at the in-house restaurant.

Great for families with children! The hotel offers free parking, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. There are also nearby restaurants and a movie theater.

Truly enjoyed Itasca, the hotel was simply beautiful close to airport. The location was marvellous, near a professional business park and the fitness center and a mall and a movie. Also, we were 2 miles from Elk Grove Cinema.

This hip new hotel is equal to 4 stars. The breakfast is solid, and the location is favourable short walk to a mall and a movie which helped pass the time, Chicago from Cancun and a professional business park.

The rooms here are a good size and come with large lamps that provide a cozy ambiance. You can enjoy wonderful views from the rooms, making your stay even better. The breakfasts served are quite satisfying. Checking in is quick and convenient, plus there's parking available right on the premises. 🌟

I loved 2 nights in this property. Modern hotel, the staff were all accommodating and welcoming and the location was favourable in a commercial area. Location: the venue was just off center and office park and a mall and a movie which helped pass the time. There was an in-house restaurant nearby. The room was new-fashioned, huge and complete with huge lamps and wonderful views, as example.

The Westin provided a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a cozy atmosphere. The complimentary parking and nearby restaurants were convenient. The staff was professional and addressed any concerns promptly. I would recommend this hotel.
